a Culinary breakfast in Atlanta

In April 2023, we teamed up with Chef Forough Vakili to host the breakfast at her restaurant Le Bon Nosh, known for its world-class all-day dining from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We invited some of our favorite women in Atlanta to a breakfast panel about building community through food.

It was a special morning of delicious food and conversation with some of our favorite women across the city.

Chef Forough Vakili treated us to some of her favorite breakfast dishes at Le Bon Nosh.

Our panelists discussed Atlanta's evolving culinary scene, in particular how we can foster diversity and inclusivity in the sector.

Chef Forough Vakili is the Owner and Head Chef of Le Bon Nosh. She celebrates the simplicity of good ingredients, with an emphasis on food education.

Wine Entrepreneur Sarah Pierre is the Owner of 3 Parks Wine, Atlanta Magazine's "Best Wine Shop”. She supports small, organic, biodynamic natural wine producers.

Pastry Chef Claudia Martinez
is the Executive Pastry Chef at Miller Union and Cafe Claudia. She is a James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef Finalist 2022. She creates desserts that are "whimsical but unpretentious, with a style that reflects her Venezuelan and Southern roots".

Chai Entrepreneur Monica Sunny is the Founder of The Chai Box, one of "Oprah's Favorite Things". She uses her mother's recipes to create chai blends inspired by different regions in India.
