In February 2020, we teamed up with Summit Institute on Powder Mountain to host a conversation about culture, flavor, and environmental impact in the culinary arts.

For its first Culinary Weekend, Summit Institute brought together culinary industry experts and renowned chefs, and FUTURE OF WOMEN founder Hallie Applebaum moderated a panel about sustainability with Chef Nyesha ArringtonHealth-Ade Kombucha Co-Founder Vanessa Dew, and Master Sommelier Laura Williamson.

Hallie Applebaum is the founder of FUTURE OF WOMEN, a traveling breakfast series that elevates and celebrates female voices. In collaboration with award-winning female chefs, Olympic athletes, Emmy-winning producers, top Billboard musicians, and New York Times journalists, FOW hosts events in cities around the world, from Tokyo to Los Angeles to Mexico City to Tel Aviv. Previously, Hallie worked at the World Bank.
